Confirmation
To secure your booking, a deposit of $500 is required as soon
as possible. The date requested for your event can be provisionally
placed on hold, but is confirmed only after the deposit has been
received. Where no meal is required for exclusive use of one our
rooms, a $4.50 per person food charge will apply for unlimited
bar snacks.
Menus
Cocktail and finger food menus have been created for you, should
you wish for us tailor a special occasion menu, we would be happy
to do so. Menus may be subject to change due to seasonal supply
shortages, with notification
Cancellation
We would be disappointed should you have to cancel your function,
however, we understand that circumstances occasionally make this
necessary. If cancellation is made, we require two weeks' notice
in writing and your deposit will then be refunded. Less than two
weeks' notice will result in the deposit being held by the hotel,
unless the function day can be resold.
Advice on Final Numbers and Details
Please notify the event manager of the final number of guests
attending your function, or final arrangements to be made, at
least five days before the event.
Payment
The balance of the account must be settled on the day of the function.
We will accept cash, major credit cards and company cheques (by
prior arrangement only). Cheques should be made payable to Marsico
Holdings.
Preventing Damage
We understand that accidents can happen, however damage to any
part of our premises, furniture or hire equipment will result
in repairs, and therefore replacement costs will be passed on
to the client.
Insurance
While all care is taken, we will not accept responsibility for
damage or loss of personal items before, during or after a function
and recommend the client arrange insurance cover.

part of the terms and conditions of the Hotel. Prices are subject
to change without notice
All listed prices include GST
* The client shall conduct the function in an orderly manner and
in full compliance with the rules of the Hotel, management and
in accordance with all applicable laws being.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to those persons intoxicated
or adversely affected by alcohol.
* The Hotel reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude
or remove any undesirable persons from the function or the hotel
premises without liability.
* The minimum age acceptance on licensed premises is 18 years;
proof of age is requested. Entry will not be permitted without
ID. Acceptable forms of ID are a photo driver's license, a passport,
or a NSW RTA over 18-photo card.
* Management reserve the right to close the bar when it deems
necessary.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel
the booking if:
a) The Hotel or any part is closed due to circumstances outside
the Hotel control.
b) The client becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters receivership
or liquidation.
c) The function might prejudice the reputation of the Hotel
d) The Room Hire & Food has not been paid for by the due date.
